Concealer was my desert island beauty product as a teenager. I used to stockpile Rimmel Hide The Blemish Concealer in case it was ever discontinued – not only did it provide quick but long-lasting cover for any breakouts, but it doubled-up as a lipstick (yes, really).  You see, concealed lips were a big beauty trend back in the mid-00s, and the best way to achieve the look was to use actual concealer instead of a lip product (it lasted longer and blended into skin perfectly).

Devon and Cornwall police have been rated as "requires improvement" int he latest HMICFRS "PEEL" report. Her Majesty’s Inspector of Constabulary and Fire & Rescue Services has released a report of Devon and Cornwall Police’s ‘Effectiveness’ in policing.  It's part of the ‘PEEL’ process and examines areas such as preventing crime and tackling anti-social behaviour, investigating crime and reducing reoffending, protecting vulnerable people and tackling serious and organised crime. The report highlights some areas where the force needs to make improvements:

TMZ has learned Jaleel White will not be charged with domestic battery of his baby mama, according to law enforcement sources. We're told there was not enough evidence for the LAPD to go forward with the case. TMZ broke the story last week ... Bridget Hardy had accused Jaleel of punching and slapping her. Jaleel -- best known for playing 'Steve Urkel' on "Family Matters" -- denied there was any incident.
